Import outcomes

You can import outcomes in the form of .csv files. Below is an example how the format must be:

Skills_standard* Outcome_name* outcome_description
Customer Service 1.1 Understand core customer service concepts. 1 Demonstrate Core Customer Service Skills
Customer Service 2.1 Display effective person-to-person communication skills. 2 Demonstrate effective communication skills.
Customer Service 3.1 Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of a situation. 3 Demonstrate workplace etiquette & professionalism.
